hello there! welcome to my memory site! here’s everything you need to know about this place:

⟡ first things first: this isn’t a personal blog. this is a memory site, which means everything you’ll read here is written solely for my own reflection.

⟡ so, this place has no guestbook or comment section. you’re simply here to drift through.

⟡ most of what i share will be in Vietnamese, my native language, as a way to reconnect with my roots.

⟡ having long considered myself a pilgrim in cyberspace, i established this site as a shelter to rest and recharge from the relentless tide of digital content.

⟡ i don’t believe i will be content in a world of infinite content. that’s why i try to approach the internet with more intention.

⟡ that said, i don’t have any specific direction yet so this site will likely stay a work in progress indefinitely and that’s fine because i love the idea of building something over time. it allows the site to grow and change along with me.

⟡ oh this is also where i can post quietly.

⟡ here i’m reminded of my time on twitter yapping about absolutely anything and everything. ૮ ˙Ⱉ˙ ა it makes me wonder where my old friends are now, and what they’re having for lunch today.

⟡ this is the only page on this site that i didn’t make for myself.

⟡ i’m not keen on the idea of being readily available to any human at any time. that’s why my phone doesn’t have internet. i like to think of the internet as a physical place. one that, for me, exists inside the computer by the window in my study. once i step out, the internet stays there.

⟡ my offline phone leads me to capture thoughts on paper or in note apps, which i later share here whenever i get online.
